The affairs of the Society shall be conducted by the Governing Council consisting of not more than 12 members. The Governing Council shall have the entire control on management of the business and affairs of the Society, and shall have all such powers to carry out the General Objectives of the Society:

Office bearers are elected by the Governing Council among themselves. Governing Council meets every month on scheduled date and time. There will be 4 General Body Meetings of all the members every year, including the AGM.
