Kerala Catholic Society (KCS) was established under the Societies Act on December 15, 1996, with 81 likeminded Kerala Catholic families in Chennai. Rev. Dr. Kurian Thomas of Asha Nivas (A well-known charitable organization in Chennai) is the Patron of the Society.
The main objective of the Society is to encourage fellowship and Charitable activities. As a vehicle to enable this objective, 4 helpline zones were created Adayar, Anna Nagar, Kilpauk and Kodambakkam
KCS having over past 20 years evolved into a premier organization will continue to strive. By instilling a sense of pride in being associated with it and thereby motivating the young and the old of the Kerala Catholic families to join the society wholeheartedly.

KCS celebrates festivals like Christmas & Onam where all family members of the entire KCS family meet. Also conducts various events like Helpline meetings and each Helpline zone conducts regular monthly events. Great bonhomie and fellowship bonding every KCS member together. Lots of fun, cultural entertainment, showcases talents and so on.
